About this artwork
"Smart Monkey" is based on an observation about the 3 famous monkeys, who do not see,
do not speak and do not hear... just like the humans that we are, because we become deaf, blind
and mute in front of the real world, in favor of the one experienced through smartphones...
This work is part of a series of creations whose common starting point is that they are digital works,
giclée printed on fine woven 100% cotton canvases, mounted on wooden frames.…
As for this particular artwork, some minor acrylic paint enhancements and a protective finish against
UV rays, degradation, and wear over time were applied.
