I am an artist dividing my time between Stockholm and Italy. I work with conceptual and abstract art, using recycled and found materials in all my work. These include paper, beach finds and objects I collect in nature or in everyday life. For me, the materials are not decoration but a language through which I express ideas, feelings and a desire to communicate.
I began painting as a teenager. After many years working in the pharmaceutical industry, I returned to art full-time; the need to create had never left me. Personal growth is important to me, and I always strive to keep learning and developing. My work gives form to thoughts and feelings that can be difficult to express in words. I hope each piece carries a certain tone and can be felt by the viewer. That is what matters to me.
