"After a long journey, I finally reached my destination, sitting on the terrace, overlooking hills and olive groves."
In this painting I capture the essence of a quiet summer day. I wanted to create a figurative yet minimalistic representation of a young woman sitting at the table, lost in thought, surrounded by the vibrancy of fresh figs and olives. The reduced color palette and symbolic elements reflect an atmosphere of calm and peaceful enjoyment.… This artwork radiates a calming, almost meditative energy, ideal for brightening up any room. The WOMEN DREAMS & STORIES series was first formed by digitally painted images that I showed on Instagram (www.instagram.com/lora.b.milles). I presented the graphics under the pseudonym Lora B. Milles. This is also how I sign the images that are now created on canvas. Just like my digital graphics, acrylic paintings have a limited color palette and a striking character.
