Yesterday, I came across some words by the astrologer Lisa Aurelius that stayed with me:
"People say 'Rest in peace' when someone has passed away. But you don’t have to wait until life is over – you can rest in peace right now. And… when you do, you actually become more alive."
Such wise words. Perhaps it’s not about chasing something but allowing ourselves to simply be. Perhaps the peace we seek is not a destination, but a choice we can make in every moment.
