About this artwork
This marble disk is a sample for the documentary art project “Spring 2022”, which represents a partial aspect of current global political events as part of a stone archive. Without exception, the first headline of three daily newspapers published around the world was shown. This object contains a headline from Komsomolskaya Pravda. This was artistically prepared typographically and applied to a circular white marble disc using colored screen printing.…

From the New York Times, from the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, from Pravda, or from all three newspapers, for example three headlines on one disc each from the same day or from several days in a row.

Katrin Süss is an experienced multidisciplinary artist based in Germany whose works have been exhibited nationally, in Spain and the United States.
