About this artwork
made 2 ink drawings due to The Day of defender in Ukraine: DNA-2 and DNA-1. You can find "DNA-2" on the picture. I choose red and black colours , because we have two flags. These are the national one ?? and the warrior's with red and black lines. Red is a symbol of blood, black is a ground. So our second flag is a symbol of a blood that we pay for being independent country.
The red-black flag was created in XX century by Ukrainian rebels, while… Ukraine was occupied by communism/russians. In 100 years we have the same problems and the flag is still a symbol of fighting, independent and defence.
I choose simple lines to show that this mighty power flows in Ukrainians genes.
