Kees Ouwens is a painter and sculptor based in Mexico whose works have been exhibited nationally, as well as in the United States, South Korea, Germany, and Japan. Through his diverse abstract pieces, he hopes that viewers "sense something instinctively inside of them without necessarily understanding". For Ouwens, art allows for freedom.
