About this artwork
Two separate paintings each measuring 20"x37.5" telling one story. The built up fantasy of a new romance and the eventual reality of it not quite working out the way you pictured it in your head. So much of my painting storytelling comes from the memory of first time feelings or experiences. Thank God, as time presses on, we can one day remember them with a little humour. Note, this painting is somewhat based on what a friend once told me happened…
