About this artwork
The first of a planned series of limited edition prints. I have been listening to the underlying rhythms of music - the base, percussion and melodic structures beneath the melody. Scattered around the house and studio I have amassed a cache of small sketches made while listening intrigued to the harmonic repetition of backing vocals. Kevin Jackson is a passionate British painter whose works have featured in exhibitions, prizes, publications and permanent collections in the UK, Italy, France and Jordan.
