About this artwork
In my artwork, I captured the vibrant energy of light and color. The bright yellows and oranges create a warm, radiant aura that rises powerfully above the cool, chaotic blue of the choppy water. Here, opposing forces - the uplifting light and the deep, dark sea - come together to symbolize hope and strength in the midst of turbulence. This painting brings a vibrant and inspiring energy to any room, a constant reminder of the beauty and power of… nature and life.
« Each painting challenges me: it tells me what it wants me to do and when to rest satisfied. »
Klaus Feuchtinger is an established German painter with a strong love for France and Italy. His predominantly abstract works are characterized by a dense color palette. Feuchtinger creates his painterly messages with broad and sweeping brushstrokes. But he also likes to take "excursions" into a representational style of painting, which also comes close to surrealism. He sees his paintings as "inventions" whose exploration and interpretation he likes to leave to the viewers of his paintings.
