About this artwork
This artwork is a vibrant celebration of nature, where simplified forms and vivid colors intertwine with energy. I wanted to capture the joyful essence of trees, merging the freshness of Fauvism with the boldness of Pop Art. It brings a dynamic and luminous atmosphere, ideal for infusing a touch of life and freshness into your space.

Credentials

Ophélie Simonet, also known as KOA, is a self-taught painter born in 1987 in La Rochelle, France. Inspired by pop culture, 90s nostalgia, and her synesthesia, she favors a neo-pop, graphic, minimalist, and colorful style, celebrating the childlike nature of art while challenging academic conventions. Through a playful and unconventional energy, her works radiate good vibes and invite us to rediscover the audacity of simplicity, awakening the child within each of us and instilling contagious joy.
