About this artwork
In this work I have merged my love for experimentation and color. Using acrylic, I navigated between abstraction and figuration. I wanted to capture the dynamism of human emotions. The impulsive brushstrokes inject vibrant energy, while the palette of blues evokes the depth of our souls. KooTchi Koo is a prize-winning French artist who has exhibited in Paris. For her, art has always been a way to express emotion. KooTchi Koo's compositions display the materials used, as if through a magnifying glass, in order to enlarge what we see as small. Nothing is smooth or perfect, "everything is fractured", in things but also within ourselves. Through her paintings, she endeavors to show those fractures.
