About this artwork
With this work I go into the realm of fantasy. In olden times, ancient seafarers placed a sculptured image on the bow of the ship to protect the ship from sea monsters and repel them. And since I love fishing I thought if I had a fish shaped boat I would attract fish to it. Just the opposite of the ancient navigators. Fantasies!
