About this artwork
In crafting this piece, I immersed myself in the interplay of textures and contrasts. The bold acrylic strokes against the soft whispers of oil pastel speak to a narrative of coexistence. The golds are vibrant and warm, the blues and grays a defiant streak of coolness. This dichotomy mirrors life's complexity; the canvas is a tapestry of chaos and harmony. It's designed to evoke introspection and awaken the observer's space with a dynamic energy.

« My Paintings are a “paintumentary.” Each piece is the story of an actual person, their hardships, successes, experiences, or an archetype of myself. »
Kris Gebhardt is an American contemporary mixed-media artist whose work is held in private and corporate collections across 20 countries, with placements in films, penthouses, banks, luxury residences, and commercial spaces.
