Kristel Jacobs is passionate about the past, the decorum, the etiquette, and the formal. She paints portraits as well as still life, landscapes, and cityscapes. The subjects of her paintings may vary a lot, there is uniformity in the way that she paints and the subtle, fairytale-like detailing of each painting.
