About this artwork
On a beautiful section of Coopers Island Bermuda lies a large piece of metal. It is mostly buried in the sand with only a portion exposed to the elements. Over time, the ocean air has rendered this metal unrecognizable as a structure and left a treasure of memorizing colors. The oxidation has produced fiery reds against deep and rich earth tones which is the inspiration of this piece 'Rust'.
