"My Venus" is a work of a project in which I explore issues of eternal femininity. It's the kind of femininity that artists and poets have praised since time immemorial. These are images of a chaste, beautiful, kind, lovingly caring, loyal and meek woman. This is a faithful fairy who can give new life.
The central theme is the harmony between woman and man. In this harmony, the harmony of Yin and Yang, the world continues its development, life continues… and something new is born. I see the birth of a new life as the last miracle of love.
And, of course, Sandro Botticelli's Venus is the personification of that same femininity.
