About this artwork
In this sensual and emotionally charged work, I explore movement as something alive — the ocean, the body, and nature existing as one continuous force. This piece becomes a visual expression of erotic freedom, raw instinct, and unapologetic femininity.
I depicted nude female figures surfing wild, untamed waves — bare, liberated, and fully present in their bodies. They ride the ocean not in resistance, but in surrender, meeting its force with ease,… confidence, and a kind of instinctive grace.
Their skin dissolves into foaming water, abstract currents, and shifting sea tones. The boundaries between body and ocean blur, and what remains is rhythm, sensation, and energy. The curves of the female form are not defined in a literal way, but expressed as movement, desire, and vitality.
I wanted to capture the intensity of summer — the heat, the speed, the physicality of water sports — and merge it with the sensual presence of the female body in motion.
