About this artwork
After a summer storm, the mountains release everything at once. Silver streams tear down into the river, and the river into the sea.
I run through the forest. Branches brush my face, my arms. Under the rain everything becomes one: water, green, sky. Only movement remains — and the feeling of being alive.
Jangle Mirror was painted from that run. Cobalt blue and jungle green, silver and white — fury and stillness on one canvas. Acrylic, resin and… epoxy coating create a surface that reflects like water — shifting with every angle of light, never the same twice.
Nature doesn’t ask permission. It simply is.
Exhibited at Art Capital · Grand Palais, Paris 2026.
