Small town after the rain. A bicycle carrying flowers on the street, a mother wearing ao dai taking her children to school. A familiar scene in Vietnam. That alone is enough to bring back so many memories for me. I remember the small slopes of the old Hanoi quarter. I miss the French roofs looming in the tranquil garden. Remember the last rains of the season, remember the white skirts of schoolgirls...
