I created this piece to capture the emotional moment when the sky awakens, when clouds shift and colors stretch across the horizon like a dream unfolding.
The bold, impasto brushstrokes add a rich tactile quality, letting you almost feel the air stirring as dawn breaks.
The palette is a blend of warm rose, soft gold, creamy whites, and deep blues, all merging to echo the ethereal… glow of an aurora-like sky rising above the landscape.
The clustered trees on the right bring grounding warmth to the composition, while the textured reflections below invite the viewer into a tranquil, yet powerful atmosphere.
