“Lust for Life” continues the structural logic of “Patchwork Sky” but with greater clarity and restraint. The thin white dividers are now gone, and the color palette becomes more subdued. Lines are firmer, compositions more deliberate. The painting reflects a shift from emotional reaction to calm acceptance. Fragmentation gives way to coherence — the… perspective lifts, the field becomes unified. The work resonates with “Aspiration,” expressing composure and inner resilience. The title refers to a sharpened awareness of life’s value in the face of danger. Not panic, but focused presence. Like a tightrope walker, one survives by staying balanced. “Lust for Life” here is not about hope — it is about composure and continuation. Full acceptance, in the Buddhist sense.
