About this artwork
This piece was inspired by cherished memories created with friends and family here while spending time in South Florida.
CDs are used as the background - representative of objects I grew up with. The figure was then painted in acrylic, and collaged on. Candy wrappers make up the hair of the unicorn, hence the title "Candy Corn". The piece is then studded with 100s of swarovski crystals.
Embracing the eclectic beauty of reclaimed objects and a… collage with acrylic, my artwork is a harmonious symphony of fine art meeting pop futurism. Each stroke is a celebration of whimsy and playful sparkle, encapsulating a vibrant energy that will enlighten your space with a touch of fantastical delight and shimmering wonder.
