About this artwork
It was a beautiful day. I have long wanted to make sketches in the dunes. The sky was amazingly playful. Two girls galloped past me with the speed of the wind. It was an amazing moment. I remembered how I loved to ride horses as a child at my grandmother in the Ural. I don’t know if I would dare to gallop nowadays but then, I can imagine and capture it on canvas.
