About this artwork
The figures appear like imaginary beings moving through an open landscape, whose light and atmosphere are reminiscent of William Turner. This Turneresque vastness—the vibrant interplay of color, haze, and space—creates for… me a resonating chamber in which the figures explore their identities.
I want to show how fragile individual moments become a larger, breathing whole. The work is part of my conscious return to haptic art: immediate trace, touch, pigment, and the direct gesture of the hand are central.
This work is part of the cycle "Fragments in Futuristic Romanticism", which I am continuously documenting on "Totysseus.space".

I work with reduction, atmosphere and form to open up spaces that can be experienced not through analysis, but through imagination and emotional resonance.
My works do not appeal to the mind, but to inner perception — that which arises between memory, feeling and image.
For me, art is a state that wants to be experienced.
The splintered beings emerge as condensations — between figure and dissolution, between impulse and silence.
The Rhine phenomena arise from the direct perception of the river space and condense atmosphere, light and duality into open states between figure and space.
I work with pastel and charcoal on fragmented spaces of perception.
Each work is an atmospheric moment that constantly changes at its future hanging location with the changing daylight of the room and unfolds its depth from a distance.
