In my paintings, I reflect on my memories, experiences, and feelings from my trips to the nature of the archipelago that I love. When I reminisce by my paintings, I calm down and focus on my own moment – counterbalancing the hectic city life. Leena Fredriksson is an artist based in Finland whose paintings have been exhibited nationally, in Luxembourg, Italy, and Spain. In addition, her art has been featured in publications such as CIRCLE Art IDEAL, CORRIEREdell’ARTE, etc. Creating in themed series, Fredriksson's works are marked by contrasts. She is particularly inspired by Finnish landscapes, as well as the dialogue between summer and winter.
