“Enclosed Collapse” is part of my ongoing series in which I examine knots as character-like forms.
In this work, the structure appears dense and almost compressed, as if it harbors an inner force that is about to be released.
The knot becomes a body under pressure – not static, but in constant internal change.
Subtle distortions and fragments suggest a moment of instability where control and collapse coexist.
The contrast between the soft,… rounded shape and the tension within it creates a visual paradox: something that feels both enclosed and on the verge of breaking.
