About this artwork
This conceptual work is a poignant reflection on the contrast between the illusion of digital entertainment and the tangibility of real life. Within the frame of a television screen, a surreal clock stands out: the hours are marked by hearts, while the hands take the form of cutlery. This powerful visual metaphor reminds us that our time is literally "consumed," but that the true rhythm of the day is dictated by affection and daily life (food, love),…

The most radical stylistic choice is the rainbow stripped of its colors: the bands are defined only by the text ("RED, BLUE, ORANGE, YELLOW") in stark black and white. The work thus denounces the illusion of the media, which suggests a colorful world but offers only an empty concept. The word "FUN?" at the bottom concludes the composition, subtly challenging the viewer: is time spent passively observing really fun?
