About this artwork
In this work, I wanted to capture the restless and magnificent soul of the sea, transforming ceramic into a living element. I painted each wave following the rhythm of my instinct, using textured brushstrokes in emerald green and deep blue to convey the power of the crashing waves. I didn't seek perfection of line, but the vibration of the water: the vase ceases to be an object and becomes a fragment of wild coastline.
The sculptural flower emerging… from the central body is my tribute to rebirth, a delicate pearl blossoming amidst the rushing currents. Each reflection on the polished surface is designed to interact with the light, bringing an atmosphere of vibrant, ancestral luxury to the interior. With this piece, I invite the viewer to immerse themselves in a sensory journey where solid matter becomes fluid, celebrating the eternal movement of nature. A unique work, born from my personal dialogue with the abyss.
