About this artwork
Sometimes withdrawal is a form of protection. "The Untouchable" tells a story of both closeness and distance. Of the desire to be seen and the need not yet to reveal oneself completely. The folded arms, the reserved posture, and the dress reminiscent of open rose petals became, for me, an expression of this quiet tension.
Not everything is ready to be released into the world immediately.…
Some things take time.
So close and yet infinitely far...
Each edition is released as a standalone piece, limited to 25 copies worldwide per size. Produced as a high-quality pigment print on Hahnemühle FineArt Baryta paper, each copy is personally signed and numbered by me and accompanied by a handwritten certificate of authenticity. I place particular emphasis on quality and the careful presentation of each individual work.
