About this artwork
The childhood game of Rock Paper Scissors was not only a game but sometimes used as a means to decision making. The scissors could cut paper but not stone, etc. This painting is about decision making in life, choosing which path to choose and is there really a clue as obvious as scissors cutting stone.

« Abstract artists are driven to express what they feel and interpret what they see and feel into a cohesive and emotive painting. »
Linnea Leeming is an artist based in the United States whose paintings have been featured in several solo and group exhibitions nationally. The central themes inherent in her abstract works are experimentation, innovation, and evolution. Leeming's artistic process is driven by the practice of listening to her unconscious in addition to calculated decisions fueled by issues of color and space, where lines, patterns, and textures overlap and merge into unified compositions.
