Lino Damiao is a painter, photographer, and printmaker based in Angola whose works have been exhibited nationally, as well as in Portugal and China. He describes his art as not only based on his personal experiences, but also the daily lives of others. In his artistic process, Damiao employs whatever materials he can find, often recycling and mixing genres and techniques. His distinctive abstractions are primaily created using acrylics and collage on canvas.
