Lioda Conrad is an experienced painter from South Africa whose oil portraits have been exhibited in her home country and abroad. As the daughter of an artist, Conrad began drawing at a young age, but did not decide to pursue art professionally until much later when a collector bought one of her works. She creates haunting portraits inspired by a well of immeasurable, quiet turmoil, where contrasts between light and dark, good and evil, come to life.
