About this artwork
In my creation, I meld acrylics, oils, and ink to capture the visceral energy and untamed spirit of horses charging across a the surf at Sunset. Inspired by the horses of the French Camargue in this landscape I use Ink washes to represent water splashes, overlaying with acrylic and oil paints, giving a modern impressionism, realism, and semi-abstraction feel. The water movement and motion of the horses evoke both the ethereal and the dynamic, crafting…
