About this artwork
This mixed media drawing is about how we all seek connections with others. Even at a party if one feels disassociated from others there is still a connection with others that is there and palpable. This mixed media drawing was based off of an image found in The New York Times and was made from powdered graphite, matte medium, watercolor, acrylic paint, Caran D'ache crayon and pencil.
This drawing is 8" x 10" and was drawn on an 11" x 14" piece of… paper. When framing this drawing it can be framed cleanly to the edges of the drawing or "floated" on a much larger mat and frame.
