Simply being – Free as summer
Created in 2011 in Helsingborg, Sweden, for the Bara Vara restaurant, this work is part of the Bara vara series (“Simply being”), a set of four paintings celebrating the freedom to be oneself and the joy of living.
Surrounded by vibrant roses, facing the sea and the summer light, this figure moves forward with lightness and carefree abandon. Her smile and the luminous colors evoke the simple pleasure of being free… and fully present.
Based on an original work measuring 150 × 130 cm created in 2011. The original joined a private collection in 2014.
Printed on museum-quality art paper, published in a limited edition of 36 numbered copies, hand-signed and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
Orders open until August 15th. Shipping from the beginning of September.
