The Beach #2 is a follow up to the The Beach which was painted and sold in 2019. The piece is a highly textured original artwork capturing a popular picnic spot in a Melbourne, Australia; named Elwood. The painting has been painted to represent what the beach may have looked like in 1840 when the settlers arrived on the 'Glen Huntly' ship via Port Phillip Bay.
