About this artwork
This is about the power of the wind turbine and the noise they make , the painting is based on a site in Scrabster in the north of Scotland . Although they are powered by the wind , standing next to them the noise is eerily unsettling. The landscape and the horizon is depicted in the a.c. wave form as seen on an oscilloscope .The title of the work comes from the science fiction film of the same name.
