To me the Christ is a symbol, a pointer, and like a myriad of other pointers from other traditions, is meant to direct us on the path of realisation of the Absolute. Lu Szweda is a multidisciplinary artist based in the United Kingdom whose works have been featured in several solo and group exhibitions in Ireland. He explores non-dualism that takes us beyond attachment to the often frightening and broken human condition. Szweda seeks to bypass the conditioned, divisive content of the mind, directly connecting with the primordial awareness within the viewer. The primary goal of Lu's art is to bring the viewer back to the source, to the heart of being. His work proposes new perspectives.
