About this artwork
I created this work with passion, using acrylic, plaster, glue and glossy enamels.
The goldfish can be seen under the surface rippled by the wind, the algae are "combed" by the current, the blue is dark but lively. The semi-abstract style represents the flow of emotions and human complexity. This painting is an invitation to immerse yourself in an ocean of introspection and mystery, bringing energy and depth into your home.
The painting is published… in the MODERN ART CATALOG 2023 and was on display during Milan fashion week thanks to the PASSEPARTOUT PUG gallery.
Luana Baldi, a native of Tuscany, mixes cement, plaster and glue to create contemporary and abstract canvases full of materiality. His style oscillates between the opacity of acrylic and the shine of tar, creating bold contrasts. His works are a chromatic journey into emotional depth, from the intense black of the night to the boundless blue of the sea.
