In this work, I wanted to explore the duality between geometric rigor and material intensity. The use of tar and pigment creates a tactile depth that invites an immersive sensory experience.
Furthermore, the use of gloss in contrast with matte is very important, to underline the sense of emptiness and fullness.
This picture, if desired, can be joined to two other similar ones, to form a single series of three exclamation points.
The abstract and… symbolic forms convey a sense of mystery and reflection, bringing intense and meditative energy to the spaces that welcome it.
