About this artwork
The “Flux Général” series records the emotion of an improvised plot without a prior goal. Here, it's on a large scale, on a bed sheet with seams where the formerly embroidered initials beckon. On almost 4m2, random shapes were born, barely figurative, which I interpret afterwards with the title “Offrande”. Luc Espallergues, painter and sculptor, draws his roots from Art Brut and training in Natural Sciences.
