About this artwork
Pure, this work where cold and warm colors mix on a plain color background created especially by the artist by mixing many colors. Several techniques were used to apply the different shades on this canvas in front of which it is difficult not to dive into your personal universe. It is a complex work that wishes to offer the simplicity of beauty.
Produced on mixed canvas, the work is protected by several layers of varnish to give it a smooth and… shiny appearance, protecting it from dust and UV rays. It is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity when shipped.

« In the pursuit of balance »
Luc Villard is a French painter whose art has been featured in several solo and group exhibitions in France. His abstract pieces contain themes of hidden faces and invented languages. Street art and 'Les Shadocks' (a French animated cartoon created by Jacques Rouxel which aired 1968–1974) have also influenced his compositions. Villard uses both dry and oil pastels, as well as acrylics, on cotton or linen canvases.
