The works of “Expello” constitute an extremely compact series of papers which are arranged on the walls mostly in triptychs. of his works; from each head a more or less complex shape develops without gaps inside, obtained in a triptych only with bitumen and in the others also using enamels and flatting, which interact to produce a layer of chromatically variegated and tangible thickness that preserves the memory of the its release in the liquid state; finally, ample space remains for the white of the support, which thus clearly delimits and strengthens the evidence of the result resulting from the combination of photographic image.

Lucia Schettino is an Italian painter and sculptor whose works have been exhibited in numerous solo and group events nationally. Her art is an exploration of personal emotional growth, the starting point being her unconscious and her past traumas. For Schettino, "everything can be used to create". She paints using mixed techniques until she discovered sculpture, where she employs a more direct approach.
