In this work, I wanted to capture the profound suffering and humanity of a sacred moment, using realism so that every detail conveys truth and emotion. With pencil, charcoal, and touches of color, I sought to capture the contrast between pain and hope, so that when you contemplate it in your home, you feel an energy charged with reflection and intense spirituality.
Luciano Bujeiro Rojo is a self-taught visual artist who works primarily with graphite and charcoal, exploring the subtlety of gesture and the human face. He employs an expressive realism in black and white, where the contrast between light and shadow narrates silences and contained emotions, merging the human figure with organic elements. His works radiate an intense and introspective atmosphere, inviting empathy, contemplation, and reflection on our profound connection as human beings.
