This delightful new work from Lucy's ever popular Horse collection is playful and modern. Lucy has been painting horses for many years and recently created a new series. These paintings feature horses in herds, seeking solace in each other's company as a reflection on our individual situations during the Covid lockdown. Horses, like people, are social beasts and are happiest in the company of others. These are happy horses!

Working in a spontaneous fashion, Schappy continuously experiments with various mediums and genres. She primarily works using oils and acrylics, adding multiple layers of paint to symbolize the transient nature of time.
