About this artwork
The theme of the sea, water, underwater plants is a favorite theme in the work of Ludmila. She conveys movement, mood in her paintings. In the new work Clouds are floating the artist contemplates blurry clouds stuck in a coastal wave. The painting is almost monochrome: delicate pastel colors emphasize a clear sunny day, an almost clear sky and only a few blurry reflections on the wet sand.

Ludmila Budanov is an artist based in Cyprus who has exhibited her paintings nationally, as well as in the Netherlands, China, and Taiwan.
