The artist opens a new series of works with this beautiful painting. When we peer at this picture, we seem to be immersed in the thicket of a dense forest located on the slope of a mountain. We look at many plants, see the play of light and shadow, all the richness of the autumn forest of Northern Spain. The artist shows us nature as she saw it herself.

Ludmila Budanov is an artist based in Cyprus who has exhibited her paintings nationally, as well as in the Netherlands, China, and Taiwan. Being a professional musician, it is also important for her to translate tempo, rhythm, and tonality through her pictorial works. In addition, Budanov also endeavors to express opposing movements and inconsistencies through vibrant shades of color. Inspired by the sea, her underwater abstract landscapes often depict actinias, a water flower.
