The religious warning has deep roots in the cultural and popular fabric, manipulates the faithful, inculcates the knowledge of the absolute and has influenced man's behavior for millennia.
“Inside” is a symbolic representation of this outcome, a narrative of the paradox that religions have instilled in popular culture.
The apple… (from the Latin malum = evil) is anatomically illustrated and hides the forbidden fruit inside.
The fulcrum of the illustration is surrounded by a sunburst crown that highlights the sacredness of the symbol, wrapped in hearts and snakes to indicate chapter 3 of genesis: we will never know if temptation will lead to sin or liberation.
