Lynne Meneses is a Beijing-born American artist who has lived in New York for over three decades. Her background blends technical precision with artistic vision. Lynne holds an MFA from the Art School of City College of New York, where she studied Modern Art under Professor Madeleine Gekiere (1919-2014), and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
Her early career spanned billboard painting and decorative commercial art, alongside contributions as a design engineer to countless construction projects across New York City and Long Island. Her blend of cultures and disciplines has shaped her work and defined her signature style: structured yet emotive, intricate yet intuitive.
Since 2020, Lynne has focused solely on her fine art practice. By merging traditional techniques with contemporary expression, she infuses her paintings with dynamic energy and a singular perspective. She exhibits regularly in galleries across New York and beyond.
